How can I block a meeting request and automatically return an email stating that the organizer must contact me prior to adding this meeting?

Answer Wiki:
You can use the rules wizard. Create a new rule starting with a blank rule. Choose when a message arrives which is a meeting or an update. Then you can select to "have the server reply using a specific message", or "reply using a specific template" and create the template to use with the message you want it to say. There isn't any way to block them from coming in, but you can at least set up the reply you want.
