I would like to know what is the demand of CRM in the coming feature. Are there many jobs in this industry?

I assume you are asking about the CRM service industry? There has been a shift to SMB B2B CRM over the last year or so. Based on my experience in the SFA/CRM arena, I think that you will see an increase on CRM demands over the next three years.

The CRM market is explosive especially in the software-as-a-service area. Make sure you have enough knowledge about the various CRM software-as-a-service products such as Salesboom.com, Salesforce.com and NEtsuite.

I'd add to the list 2 more to check out www.sugarcrm.com - full featured and open source. - if you have the technical expertise to set it up yourself in house, and the server, it can cost you nothing. Alternatively, www.simplesalestracking.com - A simple CRM that provides a tool that cuts straight to what's most important. Likely one of the biggest challenges in implementing software CRM is adoption by the sales team. Simple Sales Tracking makes it much more likely. Free version, which never expires and $15/month version available. It's a hosted solution, so no hardware to maintain or technical expertise required.
