Delphi COM add-in called from Lotus Notes
I have a Delphi COM add-in that has been created. Currently, it is used within Outlook to read/write from/to a relational database and also allows the user to interact via a selection list. I want to use this existing code from with the Lotus Notes client. Ideally, I want to use this same bit of code. Can someone tell me how to call this Delphi COM add-in from a Lotus Notes button? If not a button, how would I do it? I'd really like to use this same bit of code for keeping code maintenance simple if future updates are required. I could rewrite the function, but if I don't have to, I don't want to. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. If I can call a Delphi COM add-in, is there a minimum version required for the Delphi code or the Lotus Notes client? I know some end-users are already on R8 for Notes. I personally am still on R7 (not 7.5). Any other requirements to make this work?
