Dell Poweredge T100 RAID 1 setup
I have a new Poweredge T100  It is running SBS 2003 R2. It is supposed to be set up for RAID 1. In MyComputer, I can only see the OS Dive (C:) and DATAPART (D:). I see no indication of RAID or mirrored drives.

How can I tell if the RAID 1 is set up correctly. At this point I see no indication of RAID at all?

Software/Hardware used:
Dell Poweredge, SBS 2003 R2

Answer Wiki:
A simple way to find out RAID groups is just install OMSA software from installation CD shipped with the server and chose with storage management option in custom installation. Then see in computer managment above Disk Management there will be another option to manage the storage arrays. Just explored the things for your information.

hello mate it depends how you setup your dell server at the first time
RAID 1 mirrors the contents of the disks, that is , if u have a raid card , you can still boot from your DELL CD
and see what is the configuration of your initial config . it wont damaged anything by doing so .
disk management in 2003 will show software config only , dnt forget to check the blinking lights on both harddisk …
