 Error message when installing Windows Server 2008 onto Dell PowerEdge 2800 x64bit

I'm trying to install 2008 x64bit on a poweredge 2800. RAID 1 is configure. When W2K8 installation cd ask where to install I select load driver, select the right PERC 4e, format the drive and click next, I get and error saying unable to find drive for installation...Can you help!

A number of people have been reporting trouble with Win2008 R2 64 bit and this controller. Trouble is the version distributed by Dell wasn't digitally signed.
