My company is rolling out new desktop pcs and we have seen a majority of these Dell 760s blue screen/freeze after they have been in the user's work area for anywhere from 24 -36 hours. Users have to reboot continuously during the day.
One suggestion was to change the setting in the BIOS from ACHI to ATA. After making the change the issues have stopped.
Has anyone else seen this or come up with another solution than making the change in the BIOS?

Windows XP Pro OS
