Delivery Failure Report on Lotus Domino 8.0.1

One of our notes users received a delivery failure report "DELIVERY FAILURE: Error transferring to <Domino Server> mail.box; 08:08". The message contains an attachment. I would like to ask what the "08:08" error code means? We are currently using Lotus Domino 8.0.1. I found this entry in the server's log.nsf at the time of the delivery failure report:
"11/10/2008 07:34:44 PM Router: No messages transferred to <domino server> via Notes"
"11/10/2008 07:34:46 PM Router: Error transferring message <xxxxxxxx> via Notes to <domino server> mail.box 08:08"
