Deleting mail rules in Outlook 2002 SP3
Hello, I've started getting duplicate emails coming through outlook. This seems to be because 2 new email rules have been created out of the blue! I've tried removing these by selecting the inbox and going to: tools: rules wizard (no other mail rules options on the menu) and try to delete one of the rules. When I click on OK, it then states: 'A value in the rule description box has not been set' and I can't delete the rule! Very frustrating. Any thoughts on how I could resolve this?? If there is a way of removing all rules this would be ok too.

Answer Wiki:
If you are using an exchange server and group policy, rules could be administered there. They take precedence over local machine based rules/ Hope this helps! -Schmidtw
