deleted person still not deleted in Lotus Notes 6.5 with Domino Server


Lotus, Domino 6, Lotus Notes

Hi. we are using domino/notes 6.5 and only one domino server

I have deleted a person in the person document. I also made sure that user is no longer included in any groups within the domino server. However, person still exist in the directory.

I also made the following on the names.nsf already:
- compact and fixup on names.nsf
- run updall -r on names.nsf

Is there a way to completely delete the person in the directory?

To approve deletion

Thanks for your reply.

I’ve checked admin4.nsf and i don’t see any request pertaining to the persons I deleted

All I see is obsolete change request and other persons being renamed.

Are there things that i missed?

Hi
in Admin4.nsf If you have more than one server make sure it is the Admin Server

go to the view “All requests by name”

find the deleted users name and see what has been processed
