 Deleted delta.vmdk files
Virtual machine, Virtual Machine File System, VMware, VMware performance
Our delta.vmdk files were deleted by "accident" and our VM's now no longer power on.

How can we replace them?

Is the lost file the “descriptor file” or the “data file”?

If it is the descriptor file here is an article from VMWare explaining how to recreate it.
