Deleted calendar still shows up in left side toolbar

I created and have since deleted a second calendar file in outlook 2003. even though I followed the steps and deleted the second calendar, the name still shows up in the left side tool bar. Can you tell me how to get rid of it?

Have you closed and re-opened outlook since you deleted the folder? When you say it is still on the left hand tool bar, do you mean in the calendar view, or on the folder list itself? Did you deelete the calendar out of the deleted items also? You could try running some outlook switches as well.
