Hi try and search in the registry a key similar to this one:
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-2029962293-1724003950-681283205-19326\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ProxyServer.
Obviously change the S-1-5-21-2029962293-1724003950-681283205-19326 part to meet your own.
