We are running Exchange 2003 Enterprise on a Windows server 2003 cluster. When a delegate sends messages on behalf of a mailbox owner, the non-delivery reports are delivered to the Delegate's mailbox, and are not delivered to the mailbox owner's mailbox. Is there a way to change this so that the mailbox owner receives the NDRs instead of the delegate?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You did not say specifically, but typically this behavior occurs with meeting requests. When a mailbox owner assigns a delegate they sometimes check “send meeting requests and responses to my delegates only and not to me”. Then all responses including NDRs will go to the delegate. Have the mailbox owner uncheck this box.
