From time to time, users experience delays in receiving external emails. Email recipients outside the office will report, from time to time, that they receive emails days or weeks after such was sent by users inside our office. I like to troubleshoot, so if I could get some suggestions on where to look, what to look for, and how to fix this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.
