What sort of defragmentation schedule should I have on my Windows Vista desktop computer? It has been slow lately and I want to automate it via scheduled tasks. Can this be done easily?

De fragmentation can only arrange the file system table and it helps to search quickly files or folder. If u want to make xp faster then there r no of tweeks and u have to complete and then the vista computer may faster.
