Default Windows server 2003 Group policy settings

I am being asked to document the differences between the default Windows server 2003 group policy settings and the current group policy settings for our domain.

Does anyone know where I can get the default group policy settings from ? Also, I am looking for a tool that will be able to compare the default settings to my current settings. Preferably the comparison will be side by side...

You can export your current policy, and then import it into excel and then compare the two easily enough using vlookup.
