What would prevent a user's default printer from connecting in a Windows 2003 Terminal server session using a Mandatory Profile?

Maybe it’s a stupid questions, but are you sure that the “Printers” checkbox is checked under “Local Resources” if they are connecting using “Remote Desktop Connection”?
