Decrypting an encrypted http password in the Lotus Notes person document

It is possible to decrypt an encrypted http password that is stored in the Lotus Notes person document -- in order to share the password with a third-party LDAP directory? The user exists in my Domino Directory and the same user also exists in my LDAP directory.
I am attempting to reduce the number of locations where a password has to be changed, while still forcing http users to reset their passwords after 90 days.
