My server is not booting because of corrupted start up files, DVD is damaged and cannot boot the machine. Any possible method of repairing the start up (as in Win 7) of Windows Server?

Have you tried re-booting in safe mode? See if you have an option to go back to last valid startup.

Sorry for my poor brain, cause I could not understand " (as in Win 7) of Windows Server?", is Win 7 affected, hope so, Yes, try in safe mode,if will not any fruitful result, dnld Windows 7 Live cd/Ophcrack live cd which helps to recover all. If it u will get trouble, u can also try with USB/ flash drive which is pre-loaded of setup files and boot utility, but ur PC must have boot option to boot from flash drive.
