How do we define DDS?

Answer Wiki

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

DDS is Data Description Specification.
-It is used on the AS400 to describe files (PF, LF, PRTF, DSPF, etc)
-Here is a link to a manual
-The current direction is to move away from DDS and use DDL for DB files.
-A few Google scans will give you more than enough information on both DDS & DDL
