Sound like system registry error ! this is not a solution, but u may check this:
Boot into Safe Mode and start your registry editor:
Start / Run / regedit
Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
+Software
+Microsoft
+Windows
+CurrentVersion
+Run
In the right-hand pane, look for any entry/ies that include
MSBLAST.EXE, PENIS32.EXE or TEEKIDS.EXE and
DELETE it/them.
These are the files associated with the different variants:
Variant A – msblast.exe
Variant B – penis32.exe
Variant C – teekids.exe
You just disabled them worm from running at startup, so boot into
normal mode again.
CAUTION: Before doing that, u must take all necessary data backup and also the registry backup by importing.
you may have something using .net that is having issues. You will have to look in control panel administrative tools component services dcom config. Reference the GUID from the event log message to identify the fault application/component and find a solution from the vendor if needed.
