More details are needed. What is the exact error message ? What operation were you trying to perform when the error message appeared ?

Sound like system registry error ! this is not a solution, but u may check this: Boot into Safe Mode and start your registry editor: Start / Run / regedit Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE +Software +Microsoft +Windows +CurrentVersion +Run In the right-hand pane, look for any entry/ies that include MSBLAST.EXE, PENIS32.EXE or TEEKIDS.EXE and DELETE it/them. These are the files associated with the different variants: Variant A - msblast.exe Variant B - penis32.exe Variant C - teekids.exe You just disabled them worm from running at startup, so boot into normal mode again. CAUTION: Before doing that, u must take all necessary data backup and also the registry backup by importing.

you may have something using .net that is having issues. You will have to look in control panel administrative tools component services dcom config. Reference the GUID from the event log message to identify the fault application/component and find a solution from the vendor if needed.

    Hi,

Try this using Regedit, navigate to the following registry value

    HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\
    Services\WSearch

In the right panel, double-click ImagePath. The Edit String dialog box is displayed. Leave this dialog box open. If Svchost.exe is displayed in the Value data box, then under the service name, navigate to the Parameters folder and then double-click ServiceDll.
Click Start, and then click My Computer. Using the information displayed in the Value data box of the Edit String dialog box, navigate to the program.
Right-click the program name, and then click Properties.
The Properties dialog box for the program is displayed.
To determine who the vendor is for this service, refer to the Version tab.
You can also find the path to the executable file in this tool.

    Hope this helps.
