Hi, Please give the answer to this question? I have Phisical file with 100 records,there is no any duplicate records in this pf.Based on this pf one Logical file i have used.But this lf is viewing only 80 records only of that pf?What is the reason for this?Please give me answer?

Logical files can include selecti/omit rules
Inspection of the DDS or SQL that created the logical would show the rules
or
use the command DSPFD to see the rules.

The logical could also represent a join of two physicals and this could produce the results you describe.

    Without seeing why you believe there are 100 records in the PF and why you believe only 80 records are seen by the LF and the definition of the LF at the least, we can't guess. Please show us information to use to build opinions over. Tom
