There are no of options to boost up ur career. a. Hardware b. Software and in software part u have various choices. U may go for System + Networking or go for Application development.... It depends on u in which way u feel comfortable and easy to work. If u done DB2 or Websphere certification then u may go for Oracle or other Microsoft certification related to sw developer. Search for those certifications and u will get numerous options. OR u may go for SAP or Mainframe training. All these have opportunities for career. Hope it helps u !
