AS/400 Date Format DD-MM-YYYY

Hi,
I have a scenario. I need to create a physical file with date format of
(DD-MM-YYYY).I am specifying with  *EUR/*DMYY  along with this I can't use the date separator.
Kinldy let me know, how to achieve this.

    It looks like decimals are the only valid separators for *EUR.

    Yes. I have gone through it.
    Is there any way to replace dot with Hyphen.
    I mean dd.mm.yyyy  as dd-mm-yyyy.

    Where do you want to see the edited date format? In a DSPF or printed report? You may have to put the date in a data structure and build it like a string with the separator you want.

    Check out %editw.  You should be able to get the format you want with the right edit word (edit mask).
