Database hang on AIX

I'm experiencing a database hang and so far I haven't discovered the root cause of the problem. We are running DB2 v9 fixpak 3a on AIX 5.3. The instance is hanging and we can't kill the DB2 processes so the only way to restore services is rebooting the server. The following is the output from the db2_call_stack: Waiting on latch type: (SQLO_LT_SQLE_DBCB__dblatch) - Address: (78000000029ef20), Line: 351, File: sqlmutil.C Waiting on latch type: (SQLO_LT_SQLE_DBCB__dblatch) - Address: (78000000029ef20), Line: 351, File: sqlmutil.C Waiting on latch type: (SQLO_LT_SQLB_BPD__bpdLatch) - Address: (78000007e3208f8), Line: 0, File: Waiting on latch type: (SQLO_LT_SQLE_DBCB__dblatch) - Address: (78000000029ef20), Line: 351, File: sqlmutil.C Waiting on latch type: (SQLO_LT_SQLB_BPD__bpdLatch) - Address: (78000007e323f60), Line: 0, File: Waiting on latch type: (SQLO_LT_SQLE_DBCB__dblatch) - Address: (78000000029ef20), Line: 351, File: sqlmutil.C Waiting on latch type: (SQLO_LT_SQLB_BPD__bpdLatch) - Address: (78000007e3208f8), Line: 0, File: Waiting on latch type: (SQLO_LT_SQLE_DBCB__dblatch) - Address: (78000000029ef20), Line: 1220, File: sqlescln.C Waiting on latch type: (SQLO_LT_SQLE_DBCB__dblatch) - Address: (78000000029ef20), Line: 351, File: sqlmutil.C Waiting on latch type: (SQLO_LT_SQLB_BPD__bpdLatch) - Address: (78000007e957f48), Line: 0, File: Waiting on latch type: (SQLO_LT_SQLB_BPD__bpdLatch) - Address: (78000007e957f48), Line: 0, File: Waiting on latch type: (SQLO_LT_SQLB_BPD__bpdLatch) - Address: (78000007e957f48), Line: 0, File: Waiting on latch type: (SQLO_LT_SQLB_BPD__bpdLatch) - Address: (78000007e335e60), Line: 0, File: Waiting on latch type: (SQLO_LT_SQLB_BPD__bpdLatch) - Address: (78000007e335e60), Line: 0, File: Waiting on latch type: (SQLO_LT_SQLB_BPD__bpdLatch) - Address: (78000007e335e60), Line: 0, File: Also I have raised this with IBM but not lack so far. Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

To start an analysis to a crash problem it is necessary to have the db2diag.log file from the crashed instance.
Can you send the db2diag.log file contents from minutes before the problem started up to the point the server was restarted?
