If you don't have a great deal of experience with Lotus Notes and don't have developers available. I can help at that level on a contract basis. I have done these sorts of things many times. If you have the answers to the above questions and have the resources, then we can point you in the right direction - I am guessing though you are here because you do not have the resources or experience with Lotus for this sort of thing.
