		<description>I agree with Brooklynegg, there are a lot of questions here, but I would be willing to help further.  If you don't have a great deal of experience with Lotus Notes and don't have developers available.  I can help at that level on a contract basis.  I have done these sorts of things many times.  Contact info is below.  If you have the answers to the above questions and have the resources, then we can point you in the right direction - I am guessing though you are here because you do not have the resources or experience with Lotus for this sort of thing.  Help is here, but this is not a simple solution.
