Answer Wiki:
You will need to provide a lot more information. For instance: Is this a one time transfer or does it need to be ongoing? If ongoing, is it needed throughout the day, daily, weekly, monthly? What is the backend data store for CA Unicenter Service Desk? How much do you know about Lotus Domino? If not much, then do you have Lotus Notes/Domino developers you can lean on? Answers to the above queries: This will be a one time transfer. Backend data store for CA Unicenter Service Desk is MSSQL 2005. Just know the architecture of Lotus Domino, have never worked with it, have just installed it today(4th December). As such there is no Lotus Notes/Domino developers around me, but I must do this task, plzzz any one help me out.

I agree with Brooklynegg, there are a lot of questions here, but I would be willing to help further. If you don’t have a great deal of experience with Lotus Notes and don’t have developers available. I can help at that level on a contract basis. I have done these sorts of things many times. Contact info is below. If you have the answers to the above questions and have the resources, then we can point you in the right direction – I am guessing though you are here because you do not have the resources or experience with Lotus for this sort of thing. Help is here, but this is not a simple solution.
