    Hi Charlie, No i m not worried because i have a pf with 300 fields (IIM in BPCS ERPLX)and another pf has 250 fields when i create .fdf file and .xls file through i-series data transfer then i have a only 256 fields in excel so how to do this Please help me...

So why are you asking about transferring to a file with 300 fields? The Excel data doesn't seem to be appropriate if it only has 256 columns. Where is the Excel data coming from? Tom
