An IT recruiting firm has been growing and expanding. They are moving to a larger office. They currently store all of their records in manual files. What should the managers use for the best possible data storage system and how should it be done.. Why would it be appropriate and cost effective? What type of software or hardware is recommended transfer manual files to a data storage system?
