Data-security, DataManagement, Permissions and settings
there is a shared folder in my domain, some domain users have read & write permissions. but now they can copy the files in this folder to their PCs. Now i need them to read & write without ability to copy these files, How can I do this? Thanks for your time?

If the users have read and write access to the drive you can not prevent them from copying these files. You can limit access to cd-burners or usb drives though.

Even if you were able to achieve your read and write w/o copy there would be nothing stopping the user from opening the file and saving it elsewhere.
