    A very good source of information can be found with BICSI. They set standards for cabling etc. The lay out of the cabinets for hot and cold aisles etc can be found with them. Energy costs can be drastically reduced with proper layout and good cabinets. Without a doubt Panduit has the best cabinets for Data Centers. The more you can cool equipment passively the better. Be certain to get a good contractor.
