Need to consolidate 4 DC in US and 2 in Canada into a single DC. Please sugggest a checklist from n/w and server side which can help getting all answers

Some of the services you need to watch out for: DHCP DNS IIS WINS WSUS Basically you need to make sure the domain controllers that you are removing do not perform other tasks like the ones above. Once you migrate those services and any applications to another server, you can demote the DC. What is the reason for consolidating? Usually they should be replaced. After the consolidation, do you have any DC's left in Canada?
