		<description><![CDATA[This may not be exactly what you&#039;re looking for, but since a lot of business is made by personal contact, I&#039;d recommend a formal process of getting involved in related trade groups - not just you, but your company.  The downsides are that the business flow from such things is unpredictable, and if you get business that way and the customer isn&#039;t happy, it may hurt your company&#039;s reputation.  The key though is that by establishing personal contacts and being a useful contact in other ways.

For example, I provide educational presentations on various aspects of computers for individual users and small companies (my target market) that help people prevent problems - and save them time and money.  When they run into a problem too tough for them, they are more likely to call me.  In your case, you might consider a free seminar on building elements, plans, etc. for data center expansion.  The folks who only need a small one won&#039;t call you, but since you educated them, when it&#039;s a larger project, or they&#039;ve moved to a larger employer, they&#039;re likely to remember you.
