Over the data center traditional costs for design and construction, if you go green the costs will be impacted around 2.75%- 4.0% of the cost of work.

West of Texas , design build is used as approach for design and construction. This minimizes the overall cost of the project and provides for a faster delivery.

East of Texas, basically the approach is Design/Bid/Build.

Currently the costs for Tier IV at the planning stage are around $ 11,000 to $12,000 per kW ( IT Consumption), or regular terms around $1500-2000 per raised floor square foot.
