Hi,
We currently have 2 pc's connected to a remote IBM AS400 via Client
Access V6R1. Recently one of the pc's started giving the error "CWBLM0011 - An internal license error has occurred, rc=6211". This happens with any user on that pc.
I have read various forums including multiple suggestions from itknowledgeexchange but all solutions refer to older versions. Nevertheless I have tried them out of desperation and none have worked. These include giving permission on the registry, altering owner permission for folders and changing service level check.
Any help will be appreciated.

You’ll probably need to follow the instructions for CWBLM0011 in the iSeries Access User Guide:
Internal application error.
Recovery
The application software is in error. Make sure you have applied the latest service pack. If the problem continues, Contact IBM Support or visit the IBM eServer iSeries Technical Support web page at:
http://www.ibm.com/eserver/iseries/support

Where do I find the latest service pack? and the iSeries Access User Guide?

The Users Guide should be on your CD.

I find the User Guide by following Start-> Programs-> IBM System i Access for Windows-> User’s Guide.
Of course, if it wasn’t installed or was uninstalled, it won’t be there.
