Thank you in advance for your helpful replies. I am interested in hiring an IT company to create a custom software that facilitates the examination process we offer at our school. However, I am unsure of what exactly is needed so I was hoping for assistance: The goal is to have an online secure web forum where some threads are protected and others can be accessed by all. Also, it has to be build so that questions within different topics can be created, discussed and approved then placed in a secure database to use later on when hard copy-exam must be printed. But see, this is where it gets tricky, the forum has to be password protected where examiners can only create and post questions in their specialties` sections while also being able to discuss in the general section of the forum. It has to be easy to use since most examiners are not computer savvy and has to include content management for question storing and what not. Can this all be integrated into 1 program? We are all very much confused about how to attack this problem and your advice will be greatly appreciated!
