I am struggling with finding the right approach about where to place the capability of master data and contract management CRM versus Backend side? Market trends looks like a strong CRM and robust revenue management environment linked by Business process integration and orchestration is the best approach, however I do yet not manage to make it more tangible, Any help to build a good decision matrix?

    This sounds perfectly ok to have a strong CRM system in place that is integrated with a Revenue Management System and the key or mainstream business application. Integration is the most important factors to get the right data across the board. Also, you will have to ensure the data capturing must happen at its point of origin. Else it will not only increase paperwork but also increase chances of error. Focus should also be on avoiding duplication of data.
