 Custom Entity not accessible to Specific Security Role in Microsoft CRM 4.0
Hi, I have created a custom entity in CRM 4.0. As per my business requirement it is required to give access to this custom entity to some Specific users which are not using other entities of CRM. I created a new security role and enable a user based access to custom entity. then I assign the role to some Specific users. when the user tried to access the crm they got the insufficient permission error. Plz suggest me some solution for this

there could be many reasons .... I think you should first take a look at the relationships you created and make sure that the users should also have the appropriate permission on the entities engaged in relationship ... Let me know if I am not clear on my response. Thank you. Regards, Aamir
