		<description><![CDATA[Note that RCLACTGRP(*ELIGIBLE) probably should be run only as a last resort. It has shown to be so unpredictable that IBM actually removed &quot;*ELIGIBLE&quot; from the command&#039;s CHOICE() attribute in order to obscure it. And RCLRSC shouldn&#039;t be run outside of an OPM environment in the default activation group.

Has ENDHOSTSVR *DATABASE ENDACTCNN(*DATABASE) been tried? Of course, STRHOSTSVR *DATABASE would need to be run afterwards.
