Cursor Jumping to Start of Sentence in Outlook 2007/2013

I have noticed my cursor jumping to the start of the sentence while typing an email in Outlook 2013.  Initially thought it was a glitch with my wireless mouse/keyboard setup. We ran updates for our user's computers and they noticed the same issue started to happen when using Outlook 2007.  2 different setups with the same issue.  I work off my laptop on a docking station and our users are on VMWare using a Thin Client.  Wondering if anyone knows of any issues with recent updates that may be causing this.  Tried unchecking the "hide pointer while typing" box for the mouse with no luck.

Thanks in advance.
