		<description><![CDATA[Which welcome/logon screen is he using? The normal default Welcome screen? if so search for logonui.exe and replace it with another one from another xp system. Alternatively you can use tweakui and put your own picture in there.

		<description><![CDATA[Ok. He is on Win XP Pro. Does anyone know where a photo would have to be stored to make it appear everytime the computer locks or everytime ctrl+alt+del is used??? It&#039;s not just the desktop image, or the standard wallpaper. This is a photo that pops up along with the security window.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s just a photo from his digital camera that he loaded into the laptop and stored there. He&#039;s done it with other photos before, too. So it&#039;s not the specific image that I need to stop, it&#039;s just the actual popup. Once I remember how to get rid of it, I can keep him from putting others in the same place. 

As far as I can tell, I believe it&#039;s just a directory file somewhere.]]></description>
