 Crystal reports and Oracle
Crystal Reports, Crystal Reports 11, Oracle, Oracle 10g, Windows XP
I need to have a user design and run reports without having them being a local admin on the machine. I have tried various options, but the user cannot connect.  We are using SYSTEM DSN ODBC 

Does a reports user have to be a local admin???



Software/Hardware used:
XP , Crystal Reports 11 and Oracle 10.
