Answer Wiki:
Maintaining the System Storage is critical task in AS/400. There should be some Scheduled jobs which performs Purge process and Housekeeping activities of Server. You will need to check the Jobs which ran after Sunday morning. This process doesnt need to delete any objects. It will save the backup of the data into archive libraries into tape and will clear the Old Data(Eg. Keeping the Data for the past 3 years & Purging the previous data). Pradeep.

Does your QAUDCTL system value specify *NOQTEMP? If it does, that is an example of a reason why no T/DO entries were seen.

How long had it been since the previous IPL? How long had it been since your system’s various server jobs had been ended and restarted?

As jobs run longer, they tend to collect more data about their history. When ended/restarted, much of that data is released. New jobs begin collecting their data, but it starts as a small amount. None of that will show under T/DO entries.
