How to create a form and get the values of the fields from the view.Can anybody explain me immediately.Its an urgent need.

Well you’ll need notes designer to create a form and view.
Create a new form in designer.
save the form and give it a name.
Add a field of type text to the form.
call the field something.
preview it in notes.
enter a value in to the field.
click file> save.
now you document is saved.
create a new view in designer.
save the view.
give it a name.
make sure it have no selection formula, that way all documents will show in it.
hightlight column 1.
enter the fieldname you create on the form as the value of the column.
view the view in notes.
