		<description><![CDATA[i believe you have to either have exchange installed or the exchange tools installed on the AD. 
To create a user in AD wth and email account go to the following:

This is a good example and this is how i manage the creation. I run it from a xls spreadsheet so that all i have to do is amend (i.e. add or remove) and let the script take care of the rest.
