Creating an adresse book in Domino is fairly strait forward but you need to know why you use does adresse book.

1. For authentification / Domino / LDAP
2. For a single point of finding peaple in the organisation
3. To create a segregation or to isolate adresse book from each other.

If it is for reason two or tree juste do file database new in your domino administrator, select the sever wher will reside the DB and give it a name use the Names and adress book template on your server and go. it is done. you need to populate it with the contacs thats it.

you can also hit "F1" in your Notes administrator client to invoke the admin help of your version.
