If you are using PDM and you are &quot;in&quot; QDDSSRC, it would mean that you are in a list of members in QDDSSRC. Pressing F6 would create a new member, not a new file.

You can use PDM to create a PF, but it simply causes PDM to bring up a list of commands that begin with CRT^. You still have to choose CRTPF from the list and use it.
