Creating Oracle databases on Windows Server 2003 machines

I am trying to create a standby Oracle database. It is housed on a Windows Server 2003 machine. When I try to log into the server through Oracle Enterprise Manger, I get an invalid username and/or password error. I can log into the other Windows server which houses my primary database. Is there a way to grant login permissions to the Oracle Enterprise Manager?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

the best way is to keep the same password for OS user of both machine. or from preferences of EM control, set the OS user name and passoword for both machines respectively.
one thing more that may cause this even u r providing the correct password, that is, go to
start> setting > control panel>administrative tools> local security policy >
and assign a right ” log on as batch job” to the OS user, that u use for oracle.
