I am currently attempting to insert several links on a picture at different locations on the image. Is this even possible with Dreamweaver?

I would imagine it can be done with Dreamweaver. Look for Image Maps in the help docs on the web. That’s what you are trying to do.

Yes, Dreamweaver does allow you to create Image Maps. I haven’t used Dreamweaver in quite a while and you didn’t mention what version of Dreamweaver you’re using — but a quick Web search for Dreamweaver “image maps” should provide you with a variety of help.

Image mapping is the way to go. The question is how will the user know where to click in the image to be directed to different locations?
It it's within the image itself, say a 4 panel image, why not just use 4 images to simplify things?
