 Creating Lotus Notes Agent to auto compose daily default documents

I have a default form under Lotus Journal, which I would like to create every night with default values. I got to @Command([Compose];"JournalEntry");,, but then I want this macro to pick a list from categories within a dialogue box, edit one of the fields and save, repeat this 3x, then close down lotus notes. Can you assist?
